H&B (Health&Beauty) : Double Chin? Don't worry!

Hi guys! 


Do you know double chin? For those of you women like me, you must feel very disturbing, right?

For those of you who don't know double chin, I'll tell you now. 


Double chin is the condition of the chin which builds up to two levels because there is too much fat under the skin surface on the chin.

However, those of you who have double chin don't need to worry anymore, because I have 4 simple ways to get rid of double chin.

Let's chin gym guys!

 1. The Kiss
• Look up, raise your lips as far as possible. 
• Do 15 seconds and repeat 15 times.

2. Stick It Out 
• Stick out the tongue while facing forward. 
• Extend your tongue as far as possible for 15 seconds an repeat 15 times. 

3. Jaw Jut
• Look up and push the tip of the chin as far as possible. 
• Do it for 10 seconds and repeat 10 times.

4. Chin Slap
• Use one of your hands. 
• Hit under the chin by hand. 
• Do 30 seconds at a constant or constant speed.
